Young Mentors LEADERSHIP Program
Our Young Mentors program is an incredible opportunity for teens to become authentic nature based mentors and leaders. They play an essential role in the success of our Summer Camps and School-year programs, and are part of making the magic happen at VWP!
Summer Camps
Field Practicum: Hands-on mentoring experience as an assistant at one or more of our summer camp weeks; debriefs with professional staff
Group Training: All Young Mentors attend a mandatory pre-camp training with VWP’s Program Director

School-Year Programs
