Community events
Each season we offer a Community Celebration to help nourish the growth of a community devoted to sharing the gifts of compassionate connection, belonging, and harmonious living. It’s our way of contributing to a local culture in which we each experience ourselves as integral to the natural world, and richly woven into the place we all call home. These Community Celebrations are free and open to the public – all ages welcome!
Nature (re)connection mentoring workshop
Our Nature (re)Connection Mentoring Workshop is a creative mentoring approach that honors individuality, encourages self-sufficiency in learning, and awakens a kinship with nature. It returns learning to its organic state. It is at the core of Vashon Wilderness Program’s nature-based mentoring, and is what makes our programs so special.
