Nature Connection for Adults

Our Adult programs are designed to help you:

  • LEARN the principles of Nature Connection, how to apply invisible schooling techniques and the natural cycle of learning that supports fun, engaged learning and growth.

  • EXPERIENCE some of the most valuable mentoring techniques and nature skills to expand your own connection with the world within and around you.

  • GATHER with like-minded folks who value nature at the heart of individual, family, and community health and well-being.

  • BE GUIDED by experienced mentors who have helped thousands of people transform through Nature Connection.

… then consider volunteering at one of Vashon Wilderness Program’s transformative nature connection programs for youth! 

  • Learn sensory-based games

  • Engage in seasonally-based nature crafts and nature-based skills

  • Provide safe and supportive learning environments

  • Enjoy the mental, physical and emotional benefits of time spent outside

Weekly and monthly commitments available; 1-6 hours per shift.

Volunteers receive mandatory training and must pass a background check.
